Learners can work at their own pace and in their own time (there are some conditions)
- Every academic year is divided (grades 0 - 11) into 4 terms
- The terms can be completed at your own time and pace
- The first condition is that all Delta final exam papers will be written at the scheduled time
- The next condition is that Delta subject advisors are only available for assessment as per the schedule.
- Only papers submitted during the assessment window will be assessed. Delta will then issue a legal report based on the evidence submitted. This service is only available for clients who have enrolled for the standard package.
- In the event that papers are submitted after the assessment window period. Learners and parents must wait for the next assessment window before an assessment result will be released. Or parents can request memorandums from Delta and assess the papers themselves.
- In the event that parents have assessed their child's exam. Delta can issue a report but will state that the result has been influenced by the parent.
Grade 12 candidates are in a more formal structure. It is expected form a grade 12 candidate to have finished most of their year's work by the end of the 2nd term in order to complete final preparations during their record exams and extra-curricular classes.
