Legal aspects and free legal services for Delta clients
- Education in South Africa is governed by the SA School Law (84 of 1996, SASA) and numerous other laws and Acts. Articles 3, 4 and 51 of SASA make provision for home education. All users of Delta Education CC are expected to be aware of the laws pertaining to home education.
- To support clients with this responsibility, Delta registers all learners for free protection at the Pestalozzi Trust, the legal trust for home education.
- If enrolled learners of Delta is threatened by any person or institution with regard to home education or your use of a support centre or managing a support centre, you may contact the legal trust immediately at the following contact numbers:
