Formal and informal learning (‘un-schooling’) is possible with Delta’s products and services
Delta's products and services are suited for home education, support centres, micro-schools, and independent schools
Products and services can be adapted to suit each learners different learning need
In the event that you only want to make use of Delta's products (learner guides, parent guides and DVD's) and do not wish to make use of our other services and do not wish to join the Delta family, you have the option to request a products price list.
In the case where you wish to make use of our products and services and you wish to join the Delta family please choose the standard package option on the enrolment form.
The standard package includes the following: - VAT - Agent commission - All printing and production costs - Learner guides, parent facilitator guide per subject (learners enrolled at centres only receive the learner guide, parent/facilitator guides are acquired by the support centre) - DVD lessons in where available - Prescribed works - Term tests with memorandums, external final exam and assessment services - Legal end of year reports - Conference, adventure camps and leadership camps, winter school and extra-curricular classes at R 70 per person per night/day/or part there of (parents and children. This price includes course costs, meals and accommodation. Not included: transport, additional materials and equipment. - Judicial protection from the Pestalozzi Trust.
Postage and packaging within South Africa is included within the quoted subject price. Clients beyond South Africa's borders pay the quoted price plus any additional taxes and postage/courier prices, unless the mistake with the postage and packaging was Delta's fault. Please be aware that practical and technical subjects that require additional software and necessary equipment will be more expensive. No practical equipment or software is included with the standard package price (please anticipate an additional R 1000 per practical subject per annum) It is highly recommended that parents with learners in grades 10, 11 and 12 make use of formal structures in education to ensure legal reports for grades 10 and 11.
Own printing option (grades 0 - 7)
This package is only available for grades 0 - 7
The Own print option includes everything as mentioned in the previous package (learner guides, memorandums and parent/facilitator guides), but are only available in electronic format and not in hard copy. Prescribed works are included.

Delta strives to ensure that all learners receive all necessary learning aids (including prescribed works) as per the chosen package
The exception to this rule is with regard to drawing boards for Engineering Graphics and design, apparatus for physical science experiments, etc.
